A new mini-size mobile projector OLED

Mobile devices are constantly and rapidly Developmentand between them a place niche could ricavarlo portable projectors which have been of considerable size still.
OLED technology can be applied also in this field, and scientists at the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany have already created a prototype of a mini projector only 2.5 cm, which can find place in the mobile phones and PDA's generation, thanks to the consumption reduced typical of OLED screens.

Applications can be varied, primarily the projections of video signals such as digital TV on white walls or other suitable surfaces. The lenses are glass, but the search would create them in plastic at a lower cost of maintaining a well-gloss candles/m2 10 thousand images to black and white and about half for color images, values ​​much higher than the current LCD monitor.
